Tunes of Beyond: Held on November 22, 2024, the evening before our main festival, Tunes of Beyond will feature an extraordinary performance by world-renowned Sarangi player, Nabeel Khan, at the Millennium Al Rawdah Hotel, Abu Dhabi. This event is a journey through the depth and beauty of classical South Asian music, highlighting the expressive sounds of the Sarangi accompanied by a lavish 5-star Indian buffet. Gates open at 7 p.m., with music starting at 7:30 p.m., followed by dinner. Attendees also enjoy exclusive seating at the Cultural Carwan Urdu Festival the following day.
Suruur-e-Qawwali: Dive into the captivating rhythms of traditional qawwali, an art form that celebrates devotion, love, and community. Our qawwali session promises to leave you spellbound as our artists take you through a musical journey rooted in Urdu’s spiritual heritage.
Sukoon: A serene and introspective musical session with the gifted Imran Abbas, a celebrated actor, singer, and poet. Known for his emotive performances, Imran will share soothing renditions of classic songs that capture the beauty and emotion of Urdu music.
